Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in: Full refund, minus a $25 per night cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in: Refund of up to 50% of the booking total, minus a $25 per night cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, guests will have to contact us by phone to do so.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
